We helped a new company raising money in the private equity space message its product, determine distribution methodology and even introduced them to their strategic distribution partner. This entity later became the eventual suitor and resulted in a successful exit.

We have large mid-sized business experience with a $50+ million revenue aviation business looking to grow in new markets. We helped identify new market opportunities, physically met with governmental entities and secured federal contracts for significant guaranteed recurring revenue. The body of work included acquisition and disposition of aviation assets, recruiting, executive-level management, sales and relationship development, hiring of key personnel for senior positions, value proposition marketing and positioning, advertising, public relations, company spokesperson, new service rollouts, operations and crisis management and messaging.

We work with smaller businesses in the $10 million revenue range on a variety of critical needs such as messaging, media talking points, web site content, employee hiring and retention as well as identification of new constituencies to enable significant growth.
